I left with solid red hair that I could have gotten from a box. And they slip in the Olaplex without asking. Cut is awful. Stray long hairs hanging out! I am shocked for $140. Still left 40 tip because the lady was trying her best, she just doesn’t have the skill, but she was on her feet the whole time. She only had one customer while I was there and left my color in for over 2 hours. No way is that normal.
