She completely ruined my hair and the other guy there that was cutting hair had to step in and attempt to fix my hair. He did what he could because you can cut hair off but you can’t add it back. He ultimately apologized, didn’t charge me for my haircut, and asked me to come back in a week so he could try to fix what she done to my hair. I don’t live near this Great Clips and even if I did I wouldn’t trust anyone there to touch my hair again!! STAY AWAY!!

I am getting married in April, and my hair will not grow back by then. I reached out to customer support, who said someone from the store would reach back out to me. This was over a month ago and I have not been contacted since.
