- JWJace Weymouth1 day ago1.0Waited a long time to make this review. I got a haircut in January and it ended up being about 5 inches shorter than what I had asked for. I am getting married in April, and my hair will not grow back by then. I reached out to customer support, who said someone from the store would reach back out to me. This was over a month ago and I have not been contacted since.

She acts as if she don’t know what time it is and says oh hang on what time is it…. So you are locking the door to refuse a customer and do not know the time??? Make that make sense.. needless to say I the customer care is lacking good luck to this place
