  I’ve spent my life getting massages as my mom has worked across massage therapy, sports medicine, and physical therapy. I’m overall very selective about the practitioners I see repeatedly. All that considered, I immediately signed up for a membership after my first visit to this location and my session with Jacob. The setting is a bit different, in that the massage room is communal (with privacy and dividers) and speaking is minimized once you’re in treatment - but don’t worry, there’s a debrief beforehand for setting expectations/alignment/pressure preferences etc. They use white noise and ocean sounds to create a relaxing atmosphere and lighting is soft. Jacob was communicative, respectful, skilled, and confident in his practice. Afterward, I felt rejuvenated and deeply cared for, physically and mentally. I’ll likely continue to return to this location as long as I’m in the area and he’s practicing there!

  I’ve been to The NOW Massage in Raleigh multiple times now, and every single experience has been amazing. The massages are consistently high quality and have truly helped relieve so much tightness and tension—I always leave feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. The atmosphere is calming and beautiful, which just adds to the overall experience. A special shoutout to Raylie at the front desk—they are always so warm, welcoming, and helpful. They make scheduling and check-in effortless and set the tone for a great visit every time. Highly recommend The NOW to anyone looking for a consistent, top-tier massage experience. I’ll definitely be back again and again!

  I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience with Tori at Now Midtown. From the moment I walked in, she created such a calming, welcoming environment that immediately put me at ease. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart. The massage itself was absolutely incredible—Tori has an intuitive touch and seemed to know exactly where I needed the most work without me even having to say much. She struck the perfect balance between relaxation and targeted pressure, leaving me feeling completely refreshed, loose, and re-energized. What really stood out was how personalized the entire experience felt. Tori took the time to understand what I needed and made sure every part of the session was tailored to me. You can tell she is not only highly skilled but also passionate about what she does. If you’re looking for one of the best massages you’ve ever had, Tori is it. I will 100% be coming back and recommending her to everyone I know!

  I’ve been going to The NOW for a little while now and I’ve been to multiple location but Torie at the Midtown location has got to be my new favorite! She was amazing and hit all the spots I needed. Her bedside manner is so kind and gentle spoken. Would 10/10 recommend her to anyone who wants an amazing massage!

  UPDATE: I'm sure that I'm reviewing the correct location. This review is for the NOW Massage next to Starbucks and across from Torchy's Taco. Please don't try to play on logistics. I'm not sure if the lady was a therapist or not, but she walked in the Lobby area from where the Massage rooms are located. She made it clear that she worked there as she was questioning me. THERAPIST OR NOT. Now I see why my favorite Therapist, Brandon and others left. I'm canceling my Membership. I was trying to figure out with the front desk person which therapist I wanted to go to next. But you have lost my business. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was Racially Profiled here. It was at closing, and I was waiting to find out more information. A Caucasian woman with ear-neck length grey hair came out of one of the massage rooms. She got in my face and was asking ""Why I was there?" It was very uncomfortable and inappropriate. She was in my space and in my face. And all I was trying to do is wait for the front desk person to give me more information as they were closing.
