Witnessed very rude behavior from saade towards the staff as well as rude behavior towards me as a customer. All I asked for is if she can help me find someone to do a shade match, responded in a ill manner and aggravated face with eye rolls before saying you need to wait.

Employees always pretend helpful and indeed they just runaway give me one second! Moreover they hide somewhere in the store and chech you social media! Poor sephora improve you service!!!
- MTMariela TorresFeb 25, 20263.0Only reason this review is 3 stars is because the employee Gene is an Amazing and kind person. I came in around 7:30, and asked for help finding a lip liner. Employee at the front pointed me to lip combo kits. One other employee walked past rolling her eyes because she was upset another person came in. They were out of my shades and I started to look elsewhere. As I moved toward two employees I heard one say "just look busy so they leave you alone." It wasnt until Gene came to help me that my process was sped up. After a few minutes, I had everything I needed. How hard is it to help someone to speed up them leaving or advise to come back at another day/time so they can get the extra time and help they may need?
