  This location is closest to my job, so I frequent this location on my lunch break. Every time I go, it’s the exact same thing. The reviews for this location that you see mentioning being followed around the store are not lying, and I wished I paid attention to them before. There were very few customers in the store today. I specifically came in just to look around and prepare my cart for the upcoming Sephora sale. As I’m looking I lock eyes with an employee that then mumbles something through the headset. I continue to move throughout the store as normal, and then I noticed that she has started to follow me. She’s literally standing a few feet away from me now doing absolutely nothing, besides attempting to be coy in watching me. It immediately made me uncomfortable as I know I’m not stealing, nor do I need to. Also, what’s suspicious about a person walking around the store and looking at items… isn’t that the point? I decided to leave because I refuse to patronize a business that labels me a suspect with no clear proof of a crime, just the fact that I’m walking around the store looking at items that I want to purchase! As I walked out she again watched me until I was halfway out the door, and then decided to say something that I of course ignored. In short, the many reviews you see detailing this same experience are not lying.

  This store gets super hectic on weekends! I’d recommend trying to go during the week if you can for a more enjoyable browsing experience. Most of the employees I’ve encountered have been friendly and helpful, and easy to talk to.

  Decided to visit this location after having lunch in the area with a couple of friends. An employee followed us around the store our entire visit. We decided to put all of my items back and visit the location around the corner. The entire experience was very uncomfortable and felt extremely racist.

  While me and my friends were shopping, a short, white male followed us around the store the entire duration of our time there. We had our shopping bags full and ready to pay, but after feeling so uncomfortable by this interaction (that he didn’t even try to hide) we left our items on the counter and left. Don’t recommend.
