  We went to Rowan for my daughter’s piercing. We had a great experience. The staff was very much friendly and did took time to get my daughter comfortable. During my daughter’s piercing appointment at Rowan, we had an exceptional experience. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and took the necessary time to ensure my daughter’s comfort throughout the procedure.

  I had a mixed experience at this piercing studio. On the positive side, the space is very clean, the piercings are done by nurses, and the overall environment is calm, welcoming, and professional. The pricing for the piercing itself is reasonable, and they offer a really cute selection of jewelry (though it is on the pricier side). However, there were a few frustrations. I originally chose this studio because their website indicated that gun piercings were an option, but I was told in person that guns are only used for lobe piercings. That misalignment was disappointing. Additionally, the jewelry used for my piercing ended up being too short, which caused swelling and discomfort. I ultimately had to visit another piercing studio to have the jewelry changed to the correct length. Overall, while the studio has a great atmosphere and knowledgeable staff, my experience didn’t fully meet expectations due to the communication and jewelry sizing issues. Perfect for kids first piercings but nothing more than that.

  The nurse that pieced mine and my sisters ears was very professional and did a great job, however, she placed the overpriced ear cleanser in our bag without letting us know the cost of the cleanser and we ended up spending way more than we thought. The needle piercings were cost per ear and the cost of the ear piercings should be free with the purchase of the earrings. I think it is great to have skilled professionals to piece ears, however it is very overpriced!
