  I normally don’t write reviews but seeing how the manager butchered up my son’s hair cut requires a review and your attention. I don’t know if she was rushing to church, or if her disclaimer statement before we were taken to the back is the reason why we were not satisfied. She made a point to tell me that this is not a barbershop and they don’t have all the tools that barbers do when I asked for a defined line. Clippers and trimmers is all that is needed for an even cut with a one guard. She really didn’t want to do the cut and the other stylist was with another client. If you don’t do black people hair or know how to cut our hair then say that but to imply that you’re not a barbershop and all your clients are male should have been a red flag and a quick exit out the door. Mortified and embarrassed that my son is walking around looking like a we went to the student clinic instead of “GreatClips!” This is not great! For a three year old to say, “I don’t like it mommy, I want another one” says a lot. We are both very detailed when it comes to his appearance and a butchered hair cut before Easter is highly disappointing. She didn’t try and if you are a manager with sixteen years of experience then I have to warn anyone thinking they are getting top tier service. New stylist if you have no experience don’t expect to get it from her. She was rushing and very intentional with the type of work she put out, didn’t have a brush for a brush cut, and didn’t even offer a towel at the end. She had to get dressed and make it to church. I’m upset because as a cosmetologist we are taught that it doesn’t matter what type of hair it is, we cut it and put out good work! I had to go out and buy clippers and redo this mess of a cut. I learned my lesson, I won’t be back. All I want is a refund and for you as a company to make sure you are putting people with experience and good customer service in management positions. She was turning other male clients away and they hadn’t even closed. I’ve worked in these type of chains before and as long as it was not closed we still serviced our clients. Please contact me to refund my money! I don’t want to send you an email about how you can make this right. The damage is done, I would like a refund. Thanks for your attention.

  Gracious is nice but she needs more training in hair trimming.,I was not happy with her performance. I am not going back there again . I’ll try another Great Clips.

  Would highly recommend coming here for an affordable haircut! I was serviced by Gracious and they were incredible! Everyone there was super nice and welcoming! A million stars!
