I booked a 110 minute hot stone massage with Taylorand I will hands down say this was the BEST massage I have ever had. I don’t think I knew what a true, thorough, relaxing massage was until this experience at Woodhouse. I am not someone to normally leave reviews but I couldn’t pass the opportunity to praise not only Taylor but the Woodhouse team as a whole. I am a hairstylist that suffers with pain from hypermobile joints and muscle tension that never seems to go away. This is the first time I can say I am fully relaxed and pain free in as long I can remember. Highly recommend your next spa experience here and booking with Taylor! Thank you guys for an amazing experience.

Crammed in the locker rooms, a lot of foot traffic. As of the massage, while the person who worked on me was super friendly, there was no rhythm, technique, was very basic and low effort. Would spend a certain amount of time on one leg, half the time on another, everything was off, I felt the same leaving as I did coming in, just with oil on my body. Was very mediocre. The facial was good, nothing wrong there. The facility is clean. Was waiting between my massage and facial and people on their phones in the “quiet” room watching tik toks / playing music very loudly.

I was excited to spend time relaxing between my treatments, but I was called multiple times to put them back to back and was told there wouldn’t be anywhere for me to relax if I kept the hour between. So I changed the times of my treatment. To find out they completely have a “relaxation room”, so SO WEIRD I was literally told they don’t and called repeatedly to change my treatment times. THEN I went and got my 50 minute massage. The masseuse came and got me like 7 minutes late. Then gave me about 3-5 mins to get undressed and get into the bed. So it ended up being a 40 min massage. And it was one of the worst massages I’ve ever gotten. Spent a lot of time essentially pinching my shoulders. I then went straight from that to my facial… at which point they informed me that if I’d gotten Botox within the last 2 weeks, I can’t get a facial. And I had. She said someone was supposed to have told me that before. No one had. I rebooked and did come back, and the facial was good. But my first time experience with almost everything was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30-45 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. The Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
No guests under 18 years old are permitted to receive any Massage or Body treatment services at the spa. For guests aged 16-17 years old, ONLY Facial Services are offered and we require a parental release to be signed before rendering the services. ONLY guests receiving services are permitted into the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and The Woodhouse Day Spa Gift Cards. The Woodhouse Day Spa® gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and The Woodhouse Day Spa® is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. Gift Cards cannot be used for payments when booking Social Retreats/Spa Parties.
There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed.
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In keeping with The Woodhouse Vision, purity and quality are essential elements in our skin and body care products. In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
