The customer service was great as well, as I had an appointment Tuesday but something happened with the massage therapist resulting in my massage being cancelled. I was able to rebook for Thursday and they covered the cost of my massage for me. They didn’t have to do that, I understand things happen but what a wow factor that was for me! It was my first time there and I definitely will be back. The space was clean, relaxing and calming. I enjoyed my time!
