Jordan at the front desk is so attentive, kind, and thorough. I've had a number of amazing massage therapists in the past, but none can be compared to Jessica. During our very first session, Jessica was able to completely remove my stubborn right shoulder pain. Furthermore, Jessica is kind and doesn't rush through her service. I can go on and on about the amazing treatment I always receive here, but I implore readers to treat themselves to a massage and experience the magic firsthand.

When I come in for my monthly massage, Lance and team always ask me how my baby is, and that means so much that they remember. My massages are always heavenly! There is never too much pressure, but knots are worked out carefully and I’m not in pain the next day. Lance is so kind and respectful, with such a gentle approach to everything from start to finish. I love the ambiance, the colors, the warmth - this place is truly an oasis!

It has now been two months since I notified this location by phone and in person of my need to cancel due to medical issues. I have been told each time that it is noted on my account. They have continued to charge my credit card, and when I log in it states that I am an active member, now with two credits that I physically cannot use. I have been told multiple times that I would be emailed a cancellation confirmation, and still have yet to receive one. I was hesitant to sign up for a membership as I have experienced similar situations with other companies that are similar to this that practiced making cancellation difficult, but hoped this experience would be different. Beware of what you are being told in terms of the membership agreement and cancelation process before committing to a membership. In hindsight, I should have paid closer attention to the other reviews for this location that documented the exact same experience. Update: I received an extremely quick resolution to my elevated concern and appreciate what the location has done to resolve the matter. I appreciate your quick response!
