After numerous calls to find out why, I still have no answer. There seems to be an issue with understandng services that I want when I am clear every single time I've tried to make an appt. I finally find one laser technician that I was really comfortable with who left for another location. Tomorrow is another day and let's see if 1 of my 4 calls is returned. The staff can't seem to explain why the my appt was cancelled. I mean is it that hard to pick up a phone and communicate for the laser technician who cancelled the appt. Disappointed..That's poor customer service...no excuse! I'm not impressed so far.
