I was told a completely different return policy for holiday season, so when I took 2 things back to exchange them.. I told the cashier that. She got the manager. The manager clearly didn’t like me telling her that someone doesn’t know the correct policies and I’ve been told 2 different ones and it’s confusing for customers. Her response was “it’s just policy. Sorry.” Okay.. fair enough.. I said well, I guess I won’t be coming here anymore 🤷♀️ and grabbed my stuff. I walked out and she slammed her little half door thing open to follow me so closely that if I slowed down, she would run right into me. I was about to walk out, when I wanted to check the price on something to compare, so I turned to the left at the last second … she starts talking about me to her coworker!! I said, “I can hear you.” And she stopped.
I asked her friend her name.. it’s Tiffany. She’s the MANAGER acting that way! At least wait til I leave to talk crap about me! I worked retail long enough to know that ;)
Sephora hasn’t responded to my chat I sent- but wanted to warn people in the area. Gross behavior.

Honestly, this visit was a nightmare. The parking situation alone was atrocious—it took me a solid 10 minutes just to find a spot, and this was on a Friday morning, not even a busy time.
Once inside, it somehow got worse. There was nobody at the registers to check anyone out. A woman who was in the middle of checking someone else out (and not stationed at a register) told us to go to the front to check out. We did—and there was no one there either. We ended up going back and forth around the store trying to track down anyone who could ring us up.
This was the only store that had the item I needed, but based on this experience, I will not be coming back here again. The lack of organization and staffing made the entire visit incredibly frustrating and a complete waste of time.

UPDATE: I have finally been refunded after almost two weeks after going back and forth with online customer care. The store employees were WRONG THE WHOLE TIME! SHAME ON YOU. Not only that but I was told I would receive an apology from the manager of the store and when she reached out Jennifer could not even apologize. She hasn't even responded to me and it's been 5 days.

It seems you have gotten a handful of negative reviews about your managerial skills. Perhaps you need to reflect on that and change your behavior before you affect the business of your store. Managers should be able to separate their ego from their work and should be able to offer solutions, not escalate problems. Do better.

Really horrible customer service in store. Went and bought two products and they charged my card but because a receipt did not print they refused to let me leave the store with the products. They said the charge did not go through and asked for proof which I was able to provide, both the apple and bank notification of the charge. They offered no solution in store and now after talking to customer relations I know that they had options to do so. Not only that but multiple store employees surrounded me as I was trying to explain the situation to the manager and it was very emotionally stressful. I have been a customer of Sephora for 10 years but I will no longer be shopping from them because of my experience at this store.

In the midst of dealing with last minute shoppers the staff was very helpful. I found what I needed and was able to get in and out quickly
