    Went in feeling very nervous because I have pretty much 0 knowledge of makeup or skincare. Nick immediately jumped in to help me, which I was nervous about because I’ve never had a man direct me in skincare. BUT he was SO knowledgeable and such a sweetie that I honestly only wanna come to this location when I need makeup now! Thank you Nick for answering my millions of questions and pointing me in the right direction. You are a wonderful employee and I so appreciated your honesty & how gentle you were applying makeup to my face to test it out/shade match. I feel so girly and taken care of!! Yay!! Can’t wait to try my new goodies. 🖤😭

    The employees behaved tactlessly and rudely towards me. I am a beauty influencer with 426.6k followers on TikTok and other social media. I spend thousands of dollars weekly at Sephora for my contests and social media projects. First, I waited at the checkout to pay for my products, but the cashier, seeing me, acted as if I were invisible. No smile, no communication. He was busy with his own things. Then another employee came and took me to another checkout counter. Also with a displeased expression. I wanted to buy more products, but I couldn't find them on the shelves and asked if they had any more in stock. The employee went to check, and when he returned, he approached another employee and they started discussing me right in front of me. He came back and said that they no longer had what I wanted in stock and asked, "Are you stocking up?" Like, for what? To open another store with 10 products? He asked very rudely, rolling his eyes. I asked for a separate receipt because I bought some of the products for a giveaway. Even if I wanted to stock up, what's the problem? Why should I be questioned about it? When I asked why he was asking me such questions, instead of an apology and a friendly explanation, I received the answer "We have to”. I've been reviewing products for 3 years and I shop at Sephora almost every day, and not once has any employee ever asked me such questions. It's not even about the question itself, but how he asked it, how he rolled his eyes, and how the employees don't know how to smile or greet customers. I've never received such poor service at any other Sephora store. I went to leave a review on Google and saw a lot of negative reviews. You can go and check for yourself; I'm not the only one who had a bad experience at that location. I've always loved going to Sephora. The girls are always happy, smiling, helpful, giving compliments, and lifting my spirits even when I'm feeling down. It's not just a store, it's a women's retreat for me. I go there simply to treat myself after a long day, but I never expected such terrible service.

    The manager Shareen is amazing ! I had an issue with an exchange and lip gloss and buying a few new ones and ensuring I got the credit with using rewards previously and she handled it perfectly. She did not just help me but she educated me and made me whole at the end of the day! She even added some samples in my bag for the inconvenience having to come back after not knowing a lip product had nuts and I have an allergy. I will always choose Sephora Brier Creek as my go to!

    I came here a few weeks ago pretty blind on what I needed and only knew the style of makeup I wanted to recreate. Gabrielle was extremely kind and patient with me even when I took up so much of her time. She's extremely knowledgeable about skin care and make up and helped me get started on my makeup journey!
