Do not go get your ears pierced here. INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED!!! Pricing is not transparent whatsoever and when you go to checkout it’s way more than you originally thought it would be. As someone who has lived in Raleigh their whole life, never leaves reviews, and has 10+ piercings, please use this review as a piece of advice. This is the most ridiculously priced place I have ever been to. Go to a tattoo shop or literally anywhere else. They also force u to buy their cleaner and stuff at the end (which you don’t even need) so that tacks on more money. Still mad about this, it’s the most I’ve ever paid for a piercing and it’s my worst one (gets infected a lot) so wasn’t even worth it.

It got infected, and it still has not healed, two and a half months later, even though I followed all of their instructions and cleaned it with the overpriced solution they sold me. I later found out my piercing is crooked, meaning it was pierced diagonally, which could be the reason why it’s extremely painful and never healed. For context, I have 10 other piercings (none of which were done here). I’ve decided to take it out completely and let my $164 go to absolute waste.

He explained the whole process and what to expect. Although pricey, I would recommend any mom looking to get their little ones ears pierced to go here and request Joey if possible.

Staff were all very kind; special shoutout to Alleyah as she was VERY down to earth, professional, and helped guide where to best fit the piercing. Highly recommend her when you come in. Only thing is pricing for the jewelry is a bit more expensive than usual, but it is quality jewelry.

Joey did my piercing and he was so nice and walked me through every step from choosing my jewelry to aftercare.
