Staff were all very kind; special shoutout to Alleyah as she was VERY down to earth, professional, and helped guide where to best fit the piercing. Highly recommend her when you come in. Only thing is pricing for the jewelry is a bit more expensive than usual, but it is quality jewelry.

- JEJennifer EvansNov 4, 20253.0I took my daughter for her second piercing service at Rowan. I have also had a piercing at this location and I have recommended it to many friends. We have had great experiences before which brought us back again. This time I was a little disappointed in the lack of choices they provided my daughter for lobe piercing. She had picked out a pair and was told the style is not available in the long post, which was what the nurse recommended in case of swelling. She could get a simple gold ball or pay double for needle piercing earrings. I wish they could have a larger selection of the recommended long post earrings especially when they offer the styles in short posts. I don't quite understand why they offer the short post options if they will only pierce with a long post earring. The nurse said she would not pierce her ears otherwise. We went with the earrings she initially did not want to avoid leaving with none. Now we will have to come back to have the earrings changed for shorter versions at an additional $25 in three weeks and we will have to buy the ones my daughter wanted in the first place separately. Good business for Rowan, but bad for cost conscious consumers.
