I forget my nurse's name but she was awesome... Very thorough and patient and gave great insight for my piercing. It was a quick pinch and hasn't given me any trouble in healing this week! Of course the only negative is that it's a little pricey, but I appreciate that they're very transparent about their prices online. They do want you to purchase the $20 aftercare spray as well; I didn't pushback on this so I don't really know if it's required. I did bring in some new, flat back studs that I had purchased elsewhere to see if they could use them, but they only use their own jewelry. So I returned the ones I brought and bought one of theirs. How they make money to afford nurses I guess haha!

Do not go get your ears pierced here. INCREDIBLY OVERPRICED!!! Pricing is not transparent whatsoever and when you go to checkout it’s way more than you originally thought it would be. As someone who has lived in Raleigh their whole life, never leaves reviews, and has 10+ piercings, please use this review as a piece of advice. This is the most ridiculously priced place I have ever been to. Go to a tattoo shop or literally anywhere else. They also force u to buy their cleaner and stuff at the end (which you don’t even need) so that tacks on more money. Still mad about this, it’s the most I’ve ever paid for a piercing and it’s my worst one (gets infected a lot) so wasn’t even worth it.
