  Extremely Disappointing Experience at Lush Cosmetics I recently visited Lush Cosmetics and had a deeply disappointing experience, primarily due to one staff member named Gage (or Paige). From the moment I interacted with them, I encountered misleading information, passive-aggressiveness, and socially awkward behavior. Their attitude was not only rude but also unprofessional, making the entire experience uncomfortable. In addition to this, there was a palpable sense of fakeness and disingenuousness from Gage (or Paige), which only added to my frustration. To make matters worse, the product I purchased did not perform as advertised, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied. Overall, I cannot recommend this location based on my experience, and I hope Lush takes this feedback seriously to improve their customer service.

  Staff are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly! Julian helped my boyfriend and I pick out a gift for his mother. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very kindly walked us through the differences in face masks they sell. Overall superb service. I’m gonna start shopping at lush more because of him!

  Stopped here to treat myself after somes shopping at the mall. Gage was so excited and ready to assist me. Everything about how she engaged me was perfect. Got a basket for me. Told me her recommendations. This was all great as this was only the second time I've been to Lush. Her co workers were awesome too (think Emily and manager Jackie)? I honestly forgot their name because Gage was so attentive to me that I didn't need another employee to assist. For sure will be coming to this Lush to get the expertise from Gage. What an awesome team here.

  As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and helped right away. We were helped by Riddick first, and he was able to help me find just the scrub and scent I was looking for! He maintained a positive attitude throughout the interaction which made our shopping very enjoyable. Then we were checking out with Lilith and they were able to help me and my other two family members find just the face masks we needed! I was very happy when I came in and left the store, I definitely recommend this location!

  I'll start this by saying I rarely EVER write reviews about store experiences with employees, so please know this is a genuinely written review. I had the most lovely encounter with an angel named Ritik at the Lush in Crabtree Mall last Friday (11/14/25). He is an absolute star! He was so kind and welcoming. For starters, he was the first to greet me. Ritik oozes the type of energy that makes you want to stay in a store forever lol! We chatted the entire time I was there about everything under the sun. I typically don't go to Lush, but I was curious about a fragrance called "Sticky Dates", and he went above and beyond, immediately helping me sample the fragrance in the lotion, the spray, and the scrub. He was super personable and made me feel so at home, even offering great recommendations for similar scents. He was nearly my own Lush personal scent assistant lol, he seriously needs a raise ngl. To my sweet Ritik, if you're reading this... meeting you was by far & hands-down the most positive experience I've ever had at Lush. You are going to get SOO far in life with the type of energy you bring and with the way you treat people. And I'm not sure who the store manager here is but you must know that Ritik is truly one of a kind!
