  I have been going to Lorena Luca for over a decade for various treatments, but most consistently for facials with Katy. I moved away seven years ago and still return to see Katy when I’m in Raleigh whenever I can. She is so knowledgeable and really helps me get results with my skin. Thank you!!! Ps- receptionists could create a more spa vibe if they slowed down/ used a more sincere spa vocal tone. 🫶🏽

  Amazing treatment and service from the moment you walk in to the time you walk out. Clean, refreshing, and service was on time and professional. Very easy process from start to finish. Massage was stress relieving and beneficial. Highly recommend doing business with Lorena Luca Med + Spa!

  Their steam sauna wasn’t operating, and their dry sauna is broken right now, unfortunately. The dry sauna only got up to 90 degrees. The massage was wonderful, folks were very friendly, but my friend and I had selected the spa specifically because of the sauna access. Without that access it was not worth the $150+ for a 50 minute massage. They gave us $25 service ADD ON comps for NEXT TIME, which doesn’t seem like enough. I had even asked when I booked about the sauna and they didn’t warn about the issues. Just be aware if you’re booking early 2026 to ask about the state of the sauna! Edited: The spa called back during my workday after I left this review to explain exhaustively to me how an infrared sauna works but they didn’t seem aware that half of the heating panels weren’t working.

  I’ve been coming to Lorena Luca for facial services for over 10 years, and the experience has always been exceptional. The staff is consistently pleasant, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, and the office is impeccably clean and well run. I always feel cared for and confident in the services I receive. I highly recommend Lorena Luca to anyone looking for high-quality facial treatments and a truly professional environment.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lorena Luca. I planned a birthday couples massage for my girlfriend and I, which was rescheduled on the date of our massage to an earlier time because the masseuses wanted to leave earlier. We came and then were told that the amenities and the whole “spa” would close 15 minutes after our massage was done (an hour before their posted closing time). The massage itself was fine, but after all of this, I found out that they increased their prices from what was listed on their website when I originally was looking and booked. This was supposed to cost me $280 and they charged me $400…I would have gone somewhere else if I knew the pricing would be $100 extra. We could have had a wonderful experience at a real spa. I am also concerned that they did not charge us for a couples massage because they didn’t believe we are a couple, which is extremely upsetting for us. We have been together for over 2 years and will most definitely be telling everyone we know to avoid your “spa”. As you can see from my photos, we had our massage on the 13th of November and I even looked at the pricing again on the 28th of November to confirm my suspicions. They did not update the pricing before we went…
