First time customer at Hammer & Nails and I really liked the shop and the services they provide. Addison did a fantastic job cutting my hair, she was also very personable and professional. She went out of her way to welcome me to the area and gave me some great suggestions as well on different spots to try and resources available. I definitely recommend Hammer/Nails and Addison if you want a great cut and style.

She made haughty comments about my cowlicks which I actually enjoy about my hair and it's natural waves. I just today had an AWESOME experience at Arrow where the stylist made nothing but compliments about my hair's natural coloring and how healthy it truly is. Hammer and Nails is over-priced. The staff lack manners and self-awareness. There are better barber shops and stylist in the Triangle. IF YOU LIKE BEING INSULTED ABOUT YOUR GENETICS, then please stop at Hammer and Nails. I will never go to this business again for service. I should have not paid for their substandard CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Your money and time are better spent someone where else. I should have not paid a dime for the overall results.
