She didn't ask any follow-up questions, didn't confirm with me the amount she was going to cut off. Didn't talk at all the whole time, and didn't cut off very much at all. Still found split ends after. The service didn't add up to the price. I suggest going later in the day, so the stylist is more awake and aware.
