She just let me ramble the whole time which I needed. Highly recommend! Hairdressers like Kita are the reason I still go to Great Clips! $21 for a haircut is such a great price, so I get to give them a better tip! If they kill it, I match the price of the cut in the tip. Some salons cost over $40 and you get the same service. I gotta make sure I take care of my girls though. Thank you, Kita!

The stylist just ran through the clipper and made it really short which is not the expectation and I brought my father for the first time and his was done well but I am not sure if they applied the senior price and plus they failed to give me a receipt. To just run clipper over the hair they are charging $21 which is just really pricey. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
