She replied she had many years experience and was a cosmetology teacher. I ended up with barely any have cut off but she did leave me with one side shorter then the other!! I ended up going to another Great Clips to have it fixed and paid out again. I called the manager at Northwoods and explained what had happened and asked if I could get my money back she replied she would talk with her area manager and get back to me. No Response !! How rude unprofessional and disrespectful!!
