A year ago I came here and had one of the worst experiences of my life as well as i'm reading some of the same Reviews and Experience I see Im not the only one. I told the stylist that I wanted a trim she insisted that I need more cut off. But informed me that she wouldn't, and we would do it gradually.She cut me a full bob after I just grew my hair out over two years and tried to sell me some hair oil to grow my hair back!! Then I saw her instagram page from her info she gave me and had the nerve to make a video and use me for marketing. I told her she better take it down. I dont want to blame JCPenny but please research who you are hiring and take your reviews serious. My hair took forever to grow back angry and depressed was an understatement. Husband was pissed too!

She provided really nice recommendations for maintenance and products. I Highly recommend her services. I was really impressed with India who shampoo’d and conditioned my 2nd daughter without an appointment. It was the last appointment of the day and she graciously did her hair. India did an amazing job and with such care and patience. She also provided great recommendations for products, styling tools, and maintenance. I learned more from Tiffany and India than from any other stylists I have gone to in the past and my daughter’s hair looked outstanding with tons of compliments from family. 10 stars for service, customer service, and the attention to detail and care!

That should be an indicator on its own to the quality of their service, but they are very well priced, so if you get the right person, it's a good place. The problem is that the quality of the stylists vary so much that you never know what you'll get. The last time I went there stylist I had was so caught up in taking about herself that she wasn't even paying attention to what she was doing to my hair. I like to relax when I go to the salon, not hear about someone's entire life. Also, I had to continually ask her to cut it shorter and she kept telling me she didn't want to go to short because I might regret it... They really shouldn't tell people what to do to their own hair if that person is set on doing it already.
