A year ago I came here and had one of the worst experiences of my life as well as i'm reading some of the same Reviews and Experience I see Im not the only one. I told the stylist that I wanted a trim she insisted that I need more cut off. But informed me that she wouldn't, and we would do it gradually.She cut me a full bob after I just grew my hair out over two years and tried to sell me some hair oil to grow my hair back!! Then I saw her instagram page from her info she gave me and had the nerve to make a video and use me for marketing. I told her she better take it down. I dont want to blame JCPenny but please research who you are hiring and take your reviews serious. My hair took forever to grow back angry and depressed was an understatement. Husband was pissed too!

I just needed one step color and blowdry since I was getting braids somewhere else the next day. One star removed because I was sat so close to another client that had a horrible cough. The salon was empty and spacious. There was no need for her to be in the chair so close to me during my service. Also, it didn't allow for confidential stylists/client conversations. Taking some vitamin C and praying I didn't catch anything.

- GAgeraldine allenDec 9, 20223.0Stylish was very nice, but I ask her if she could do two strings twisted and she said yes I even showed her a picture and she shook her say yes, but my hair didn't look like the picture I showed her ,and then ask why don't my hair like the picture and she replied to me that my hair was too long. Then she going on to tell me if I wet my hair tomorrow it's would like the picture I showed her. I came home and my hair looked nothing like the picture and I am very disappointed.
