Not only haircut she did was bad , asymmetrical literally my daughter cried coming back from school today saying everyone criticized her look and haircut. Also Hair dresser was not customer friendly ,no smile , not welcoming don't know why she was there if she doesn't like service industry .I would have hardly cared about her behaviour if hair cut was good. I would either avoid going to this location now. Or will ask for some specific hairdresser of course not her.

- TITabitha Barnett IngramOct 3, 20252.0First, I would like to say this was my first time to this Great Clips location- and although I did not have Kristy (sp) cut my hair (I will get to that in a little while) I would just like to say she did an excellent job interacting with an elderly client of hers while I was waiting for my turn. She seemed so caring and friendly. She is the reason for the two-stars honestly. Now, for my actual experience, I had to wait which was no big deal but it gave me time to see how the staff was interacting with clients. The woman who cut my hair had a client in her chair and spoke to him the whole time she was cutting his hair, very friendly, gave her name when he checked out, all the things one says about come back and see us, etc. Now it is my turn - I started off the greeting, she responded, asked me how I wanted my hair, I told her, sprayed my hair down, cut it, and not one word was spoken the whole time. She only spoke to me when I was finished to ask me how I liked it. Did not show me the back, offer any products, styling options, ask me about my day - NOTHING. Where did the friendliness go? Where was the client interaction? Although the hair cut is what I wanted, the experience as a whole did not impress me with this location so I will not be back. There is no need to be rude when you are in a customer service role, and had I not known that she could be friendly I would have just said she was having a bad day or whatever, but to get such a drastically different experience from the gentleman before me is not only confusing but uncalled for - so this is a one and done for me.
