I’ve had my haircut by her twice now, both times was before important pictures or some type of event and both times she cut my hair way too short and cut my back hairline way too high. The first time she cut my hair was about Nine months ago and I didn’t want to go back to Oak Ridge, but I was in the area and of course I drew the short straw. I got her again today. She’s a nice lady, And I feel bad for leaving this review and hurting her business, but at the same time I want to save someone in the future from having to walk out of there with a botched haircut. I won’t be going back to the oak ridge location ever again.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
