She asked how I want my hair done and I b explained, but I did not get what I asked for. My hair is a total mess. I had to go straight home instead of going shopping that is how bad it was. The young girl was in training and did not know what she was doing so thevother person who states I HAVE 2O YEARS OF EXPERIENCE did not do what I asked. I said just let me out of here because my blood pressures was rising. I am in my eighties and I guess they did not realize I have a brain and I want what I want. Thank God she did not charge me because I had no intentions of paying. The one withb20 years experience just threw the scissors on the counter and walked away. I TRULY WALKED OUT IN SHOCK AND HAD TO SIT IN MY CAR TO CALM DOWN. BOTH THESE WOMEN NEED A LESSON IN PR especially the younger one. She should not be left alone with a customer because she has no idea on what she is doing. My review is a BIG FAT ZERO. I WILL PREVENT ANYONE I KNOW IF THEY INTEND TO GO THERE TO MAKE SURE THEY DON'T. For months now, and have had no issues because they do amazing! They are nice, they take their time, they make sure you’re happy, they use coupons when we have them. Which we tip them well because of ther great work and their hospitality. We were in Morganton and they needed a hair cut so we stopped here. My husband and I are very upset and will not be back. As my husband said, he’s never seen scissors move as fast as she cut their hair. It literally took 6 mins to cut two people’s hair. Their hair is crooked as you can see in the pictures I am uploading. They also had a coupon for 10 dollars, which there’s no way she used it because the total was 38 dollars before tip, she ripped it up right there infront of us, I guess she was mad bc she wasn’t getting tipped. And like I said we always tip. The last woman to cut my hair in Hickoru, got ripped well but no I’m not tipping when you don’t do a good job. I didn’t get the name but I could show her to you. Now I’m going to have to find a way to make their hair straight. RIDICULOUS
