  Last night was one of those nights…the kind every mom dreads. My husband and daughter were up sick—fever, sore throat, body aches—the whole thing. I barely slept because every hour someone needed something…water, medicine, comfort, reassurance. You know how it goes. By morning I was exhausted, worried, and trying to decide what to do next. My first thought was urgent care, but honestly…every time we go, it feels like the same routine: test them, shrug, send us home. No real support. No real care. Just in and out. So I decided to try something different. I called VIVASol in Mooresville at 9am. (I have NEVER been seen there before or any of my children) They got us in at 12pm. Same day. No hassle. And what happened next was an experience I have never had at any doctor’s office. Dr. Macasieb brought us all back together—my husband, my daughter, and even my son who was just tagging along. He checked both of them thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t rush for a second. They each got fluids, vitamins, antibiotic shot, vitamin d shot, and cough drops that actually worked…but what truly stunned me wasn’t the treatment. It was the care. They brought my daughter a blanket when she looked cold. They brought my son snacks without me even asking—because we all know how kids get when they’re waiting. They handed us water and checked in several times throughout the whole visit. And Dr. Macasieb didn’t just pop in once—he checked on them three separate times: beginning, middle, and end. I walked out of there saying two things with full confidence: 1. I will never take my family back to any urgent care again. 2. We’ll be moving our family’s primary care over to Vivasol. As moms, when our family is sick, we carry the worry. We just want them taken care of, really taken care of…not rushed, not dismissed. To find a place where the staff treats your family with genuine compassion—it’s everything. If you’re local and ever find yourself in that “I don’t know what to do next” moment, just know Vivasol gave my family the kind of care I didn’t even realize we were missing. I’m so grateful—and I wanted to share this in case another mom needs to hear it today. ❤️ I know so many moms are struggling with the flu and viruses going around and the urgent care has continuously failed us everytime

  I tried taking their shots for weight loss. In my opinion it was a rip off. Over 6 months I lost maybe 7 pounds. Twice they upped the dosage to no avail. It was not cheap and it was a waste of money. I was told they would reach out to me but nothing yet.
