- JBJenn BretzJan 4, 20261.0I took my 84 year old grandmother in yesterday and I am appalled at what the lady did to my grandmothers hair! She was told to give her a trim and shape her neck line up, and all she did was use a razor and chop it off! There are gaps of hair that are an inch in difference in the length of it! Had I not been waiting in the waiting area, it would not have happened like this. She rushed me to get my grandmothers walker and jacket over there and hadn't even taken the cape off of her yet. My grandmother can't see the back of her head, that is all but scalped in areas, thank God! We are having family pictures taken today and I will be tsking pictures of her head and going up there tomorrow to show them what she did! There are pieces of hair thats a lot longer than the other ones all over her head and that is ridiculous! I went to check out and had no intention of tipping the lady and skipped through the tip part, and the lady canceled the transaction and made me leave a tip! I had never seen this particular woman in there cutting hair before and I have always had good results with this place cutting my son's hair, however I will not allow this particular woman to touch anyone else's head I take in there. There were no other customers waiting or there with us or after us and the way she was rushing us, was pretty obvious she knew she had scalped her like she did. Im really upset about this and there was no reason for her to be rude from get go like she was! From the time she realized she was going to be doing the haircut of an elderly lady, she had an attitude
