At precisely 5:30 PM, we were refused right at the front door. The lady, seeming hurried and frazzled, behaved unprofessionally and rudely to my brother, my mother, and I, saying three haircuts was not possible. We were only there for two and she roughly snapped at us that the rule was they can no longer accept people 10-15 minutes before they close as the rule. She then shoved and flapped a $2 coupon in our faces, shooing us away. Very unimpressed with the foul mistreatment of my family!
