Only reason I don't give four stars is that while I haven't had a bad haircut, I've also not had a consistent one and that's because it's rare to walk in the shop and see the same people working each time. I'm aware that part of it is schedule most likely, but I'm pretty sure that I've never had a haircut in the last 2+ years by the same person, except for when a manager from another location was helping out, and I've had her twice, and I really liked how she cut my hair. Still, it's one of the few places for guys to go to around here, and it is always clean and neat, with great staff.
