So $25 later it’s worse than when we started. Unless your kid is super vocal and able to negotiate what they want pay more and go elsewhere.
- JMJane MclambNov 24, 20251.0Went in to get a shampoo was told that I would not get dried left with my head sopping wet went outside. It was so cold. Had to come back in and wait for a ride. Please don’t do this to customers. I just got out of the hospital.Was not feeling well have pleurisy on my lungs and cannot breathe. Well told this to the stylist, but she did not offer to even blow dry it at all I would’ve paid. I think they are underpaid and overworked or they didn’t understand that people would pay to not walk outside with their hair, wet, sopping wet.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
