  I would love to give 10 stars for the experience I had today. I went to this location around 5:30 or so after a disgustingly horrendous experience at Ulta beauty. I, a grown man that knows nothing about makeup, went to Sephora after feeling so defeated because I was in need of makeup for a very important acting role. I went in unsure and confused and was greeted by Samantha. She could tell I was struggling and immediately asked if I needed help. I explained my situation and what I had just been through and she looked at me and said, "I got you". When I tell you she walked me through it and let me understand what I needed and how to put on and when! I can say I love me some Samantha! She left me feeling more than confident, she joked with me and I felt valued. She wished me success and I wish her the best. In fact I'll recommend her to my set director at John Casablanca studios, if she's not promoted first!

  Review is for Sephora: Customer service was not good today, went inside to smell different perfumes and no one offered any assistance.

  I like makeup and I like Sephora. Sephora has been one of my favorite makeup stores for a while . I liked them so much I applied for a job there and when I went in Sephora in Kohls , I said oh they needed me, they should've hired me because the customer service I received was awful. I received no help on the floor. I was waiting to check out for 10 -15 minutes with no acknowledgement at all. No hello, sorry for your wait , but proceeded to continue to look at the people behind me (unless she was cross-eyed) and say " I'll be right with you!" As if I didn't exist. I guess you really have to look a certain way to get assistance or be acknowledged. She acted like I wasn't next in line. It wasnt a good experience for me at this particular location and I'd rather not go back.

  I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Asiyat. I asked a simple question about a product and was met with a very mean, dismissive attitude. It made me uncomfortable and discouraged from asking for help. Customer service is a big part of the Sephora experience, and this interaction really missed the mark.

  Unusually rude responses from the person at the counter while I was enquiring about the fragrances and gift sets. I'd never want to go back with this experience. Shame on you !
