All I wanted was a simple dry trim while I was on maternity leave to feel better about myself and look halfway decent. Now I feel even worse about myself thanks to someone who clearly needs to go back to school and has no business touching anyone's hair until they do!!! Thank you for screwing up my once long, thick pregnancy hair that I will never get back thanks to you. And for taking away all decent first pictures with my daughter that I will never get back.
