I was greeted at the door with such warm welcoming and encouraged to come on in. Ashlee had me to go to her chair I told her exactly what I was kind of looking for but she was the professional and I wanted her opinions as well. She was so friendly, bubbly and full of happiness ... at closing time. I was like WOW , impressive!!!!I love my haircut and I definitely plan to see her again. She was absolutely amazing!
- ALAmanda LopezOct 18, 20252.0This location closes at 6 PM. On a Saturday. I got here at 5:50 PM and wanted to get my haircut as it had been almost 4 years since the last time I cut it. I didn’t want much done just about 4 inches taken off and some long layers. Before they started cutting my hair I asked them if they could blow dry it and put some styling products in it and they said that they could as long as I tipped them well. So I tipped them seven dollars. After they cut my hair, they left it soaking wet and sent me out the door telling me that because they were ready to go home they were not going to blow dry my hair or put any products in it. This was absolutely ridiculous. This is her job. I tipped them and then they left my hair, soaking wet and wouldn’t do anything to it even though they told me that they would. Such a horrible experience and I plan on contacting their corporate office. I wasn’t even in there for 10 minutes.
- BLBeth LoganOct 18, 20251.0The most terrible experience I have ever had at a hair salon in many years when shown previous haircut from same location, different stylist somehow Kimberly seemed to be able to mess it all up as well as told my sister that if I had clippers at home, I could fix it when I got home if it wasn’t the right length When I called back to speak to the manager about this, she proceeded to tell me that I was yelling at her when I was not yes, I was aggravated and frustrated, but I was not yelling. I never cussed at her and was never rude to her, but she was very argumentative with me about what we could do to fix the situation when I told her that Kimberly pulled up my niece‘s hair and cut hers on three different occasions while trying to cut my son‘s hair and told her that she told my sister that if I didn’t like it when I got home, I could cut it. She was very rude and proceeded to hang up on me when I tried to call back. They won’t answer my phone calls because they have caller ID how professional is that when clearly your stylist doesn’t know how to cut a child’s hair and then the manager proceeds to hang up on someone who is trying to get the situation resolved Terrible customer service I don’t recommend ever going there
