    I was so disappointed with my little girls service they scammed her big time I'm a single father with 2 jobs and they ripped me off I had my 80 year old mother take my 9 year old to the jc penny salon were they assured me they could remove a knot in my daughters hair for 50 dollars a half hour they took more then 2 hours and she left wit the same size knot she had wen she got there I was so disappointed I'm going to warn everybody I know with little girls to steer clear of these rip offs I'm trying to figure out how to take legal action against them I'm in the process of talking to lawyers I've never been scammed so bad B4 and I'm from my I feel so bad my little girl has to go to school with the same size knot she had wen she got there if the lady couldn't have handled it she should have said so now I'm out a weeks pay and have to try and come up with more money to get the knot really fixed wish I never went to jc penny no body's little girl should be taken advantage of like this it makes me sick that such scam artists can just get away with this

    The staff has no idea what they are doing at all I just paid 200 dollars for my niece to have a bad knot removed and they didn't do anything at all for it. I sat there and waited 2 hours for nothing

    I live on the road fulltime and use jcp salon so they can keep track of my color etc. I have asking for a more ash tone as I throw so much warmth. I wanted some brightness as well. My stylist was Em and not only did she achieve an ash tone she made me the perfect blonde. If I lived in the area full-time I would have her as my stylist all the time. She listened to exactly what I wanted which not many other stylists have. She’s lovely to chat to as well and made sure I was comfortable. She’s an asset to JCP salon in Jacksonville!

    This is for the makeup department. Yesterday, Saturday the 15th, I went in to return some foundation and eye brow makeup- both were too dark and didn’t match my skin or hair color. There was a slightly older woman working; gray hair and glasses, didn’t catch her name. The minute she saw that I didn’t have my receipt and that the items were open, she sighed, rubbed her face, and acted as if I’d just ruined her day. My goodness, lady, could you be any more unprofessional? She looked up the order using my credit card and made sure to say “it’s a good thing we found your order or you would have lost a LOT of money.” Ummm. Thanks for doing your job and FINDING the order … between that comment, the face-rubbing and sighing, and the very loud speaking while saying “ we have to find your order, we can’t just give your money back!!!”, I am shocked that I didn’t lose my temper and snap at her for her extremely unprofessional attitude. I will never spend another cent at this place - and this is after dropping over $200 there a few days prior. You’re lucky I didn’t return it all. Get your attitudes right.
