I am in a wheelchair and just wanted my hair washed but kept being pushed further and further back!! Hire more people or take the walk ins as they come in and when the online check ins come in a. hour later take them. not before the ones that have been waiting. There is no sense in the wait times!!! We finally just left! I have a cast on my left leg from ankle surgery. My husband wanted a haircut and beard trim. you lost that $40 sale. We will not return EVER!!

The lady whom cut my hair rushed and messed my hair up, I was done before my friend who sat before me and we both have thick hair. If I want it fixed I’m gonna have to get 3 inches more cut off my hair and go above my shoulders. I asked for face framing (what I get every time) and I can’t even put my hair up anymore, she gave me pieces that “frame” my face in the middle of my scalp. It looks like a shelf when it’s down. I have no layers, I didn’t want any, and now it looks like I have a layer on half my head. I have to put it up, and when it’s up, all those pieces fall out and give me “framing” on the side of my head. I am very upset with my experience as I have been growing my hair out for years because of bleach damage from a different place. I finally got it to a place where I felt good and now I’m back to square one. It feels like I’m constantly having to let my hair grow out, or go other places to get it fixed. Very disappointing.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
