They were FABULOUS! He was so nervous & she helped talk him through each step & answered every single question he had without making him feel rushed or uncomfortable. 10/10 would recommend! They were absolutely fantastic. Now my daughter is begging for more in her ears, so we will for sure be coming back! Thank you all so much for making him feel safe & heard!

She returned a few days ago when we were in Birkdale and wanted to ask the nurse if her one piercing appeared to be infected as it was getting red and felt sore. When the nurse looked at her ear, she jumped back Like She had Just witnessed a horrific car accident!!!! How dramatic, and a completely Unprofessional reaction. It was just a little bit red. She made my daughter feel terrible. I should have just purchased the $11 kit on Amazon and done them myself. I would’ve expected more from a business like this, but I guess not…
