  I booked the $99 intro offer for my daughter. I could not go with her to the appointment. When my wife and daughter arrived the place claimed I didn't book it properly and they instead had to pay $124. What I filled out and booked said $99 so it should have been honored. They could have (and should have) fixed whatever I didn't do properly online but instead they lost a repeat customer and get this review instead. very disappointed that we paid $24 extra for no good reason and didn't get all the services promised. they excluded the O2 therapy. why would you do this to a new customer?

  This was my first experience here and it was great. Kylie at the front desk was incredibly helpful and Emilee did a wonderful job. I am a hard stick and she was so nervous but did a fantastic job. The whole experience was relaxing and peaceful. They listened and my hundreds of questions. Bring these ladies some coffee and goodies.

  As always, I had a great experience at Prime IV in Apex. The staff is fun, friendly and professional. :-). They’re always able to make me feel better when I am feeling terrible. Stephanie was my specialist and was great! See you again soon.

  Went in for just a B12 shot, but the way I was treated was like I was spending hundreds of dollars. Great customer service, young lady at the front desk was all smiles and was very pleasant, Brandon who give the shot was very happy too, Very happy here.
