  Wendy did such an adorable job on my daughter’s hair. A jaw length, A-symmetrical, stacked bob. And she styled it and was so sweet to her. Thank you Wendy! We’re thrilled with it♥️

  It’s just frustrating when you use the online services, and plan your timing and trip accordingly, only to get to the store, look at the screen and see I’m at the number 1 position and still sat there for almost 45 mins while 2 people cut in front of us, no explanation from the workers. Sit down to get my haircut and am met with a rude lady asking me questions I have no idea about. I try to converse and I’m met either more rudeness. She then butchered the heck out of my hair. It’s like being in a restaurant and the food is wrong, you’re scared to send it back for retaliation. My hair is messed up now and I can’t go back there and get it fixed, which means now I have to go get another haircut at a very pricey cost again. Oh, and the icing on the cake was, the barber asked me if I had my haircut there last time cause it was messed up, like seriously? That wasn’t the first time experiencing a crappy time there, but, definitely done with Great Clips. I’d show pics, but too embarrassed to.

  Been in NC for about 3 months. I went to the Fuquay / Varina location when first arriving in area. Lets just say, not a great attitude from their staff. The Holly Springs location was a flip of that. Will return and hope to receive cuts from Sharron.

  Heather just lost you all a 10 year customer. I checked in online and requested Heather because it fit within the timeline in which I would be at this location. At 1:23 I received a notice that asked me to proceed into the store. At 1:26 I walked into the store at which I saw that my timeline jumped 20 minutes. When I asked why my timeline jumped, she said “ you weren’t here when I was ready so I took someone else”. I asked if it was typical not to allow for any time as I’ve always been told in the past, there is a 10 minute window. I’ve also done my fair share of being there on time and having to wait for somebody to finish up. Her response was, “I don’t wait for anybody.” Mine you, I was in the lobby and she was in the back with a customer. She then tried to explain to me that the client she was working with also had checked in online and that we both had the same time-slot. I’ve been going to this location for over 10 years and the way she handled this will likely assure that I will not come back. At minimum, she should have walked up front and tried to help me find an alternative solution, such as seeing if I’m willing to go with a different person who had a shorter wait, versus yelling at me from the back. That was a ridiculous way to handle that situation, capped with dishonesty, designed to make me feel like somehow this was my fault.
