- LWLeonna WeissAug 5, 20251.0Went in as a first time guest and was seen pretty quickly. The one stylist who seemed ill tempered was the one that cut my son’s hair. I showed her the photo of the older boy below and said leave it long, give it some texture and trim up the sides and back. She asked if I wanted scissor cut or clippers and TBH I don’t know what would have been the best for the cut I requested- I’m not a stylist. Anyway- she proceeded to cut too much off and I told her to stop with the length. This is when she looked at me and said she was “blending” in a very sharp tone. That’s when I knew we were ready to be out of here. She cut my son’s side burn off completely on one side and left the other side. When I pointed it out she asked me what I wanted her to do? Well being one side was straight across and the hair couldn’t be replaced, it was obvious she needed to make the other side look ridiculous. This looks nothing like the cut I showed her in my picture and the way she treated us was absolutely unacceptable. I hesitated to give her a tip of advice vs a monetary tip. When you give someone permission yo cut your hair- you have the ability to elevate their confidence or ruin it. Unfortunately she didn’t just give him a hair cut- she cut his confidence before heading back to school.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
