Her name is Maria and she 100% deserves 5 stars! She was polite, knew what she was doing, and did exactly what 2 of my 3 kids wanted done to their hair... However.... the other 2 were clueless! 1 seemed drunk, didn't know how to spell, kept calling me Amber and not Amanda, and all sorts of stuff! Then there is the one who did my hair and my middle daughter's hair.... I showed her a reference photo for both of us and she didn't follow either of them! My daughter wanted shoulder length hair, curtain/butterfly bangs, and layers.... the only thing she got was the shoulder length... for me I wanted a "Bixie" aka a grown out pixie cut, instead she gave me a bob!!! A chin length very poorly cut Bob haircut! How does one look at a photo that was left open the whole time and still give someone the complete wrong haircut!? I even kept saying to go shorter, and she wouldn't listen, so I gave up, paid and walked out. This woman claimed to have been cutting hair for nearly 40+ years! Please do NOT have your hair cut by a woman named Diane! Only go to Maria if you can! I can honestly say it may be a long time before I go back there... unless I can guarantee to only get Maria.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
