I decided on a whim to go for a haircut. As I waited to be greeted, I was assessing how busy they were and how long the wait would be. Once I was informed it would be a while I was trying to decide if we wanted to stay or come back another day. The stylist up front loudly said to her client that she knew I was going to wait and then get an attitude when service takes too long. I have no idea why she would get this impression other than she was trying to be rude to drive me away. I have never met her before. I go out of my way to be kind to all service workers and am embarrassed of any kind of public confrontation. I decided right then, I wouldn’t be returning.
