I had already registered with the store, and this was my first time shopping in person to get to know it better. Unfortunately, both the sales associate and the lady who attended me were not friendly at all. They seemed eager to get rid of me quickly. The lady didn’t even offer me a bag, so I left carrying all my products in my hands. This was a very disappointing first impression.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What are the operating hours of SalonCentric in High Point?
SalonCentric is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. They have special holiday hours on November 10, 2025, staying open until 7:00 PM, and are closed on November 27, 2025, December 25, 2025, and January 1, 2026.
