But normally I tip really well. But not in this case. I have to find somewhere else to go. My hair is uneven, she spent a total of three minutes. so no, I will not be back. I do not recommend this place.

Asked for a little bob like she always gets and they just cut straight across right under her ears. Hair is completely uneven from one side to the other and all through out. Short pieces… pieces too long. It’s awful. I didn’t want her to keep chopping on it or she’d end up having nothing left!

We schedule our family haircuts around her schedule and find out when she will be there. If you are looking for a hair stylist that listens to what you want and does a great job every time, Kathleen is your girl!!

She does an excellent job, very customer oriented and is consistent in giving a quality haircut time after time. I would not go anywhere else to have a haircut, but I will follow Kathleen wherever she goes. Thank You for a great job!
