- SMSamantha MayfieldApr 7, 20231.0went with my boyfriend on April 5th, just to look around, was specifically looking for glossier but wasn’t there. i was not greeted by anybody and i also was reminded why i haven’t stepped foot into a sephora in a while. every time i go to sephora at any location the employees working there look at me like i’m a thief or something. very disappointed considering this sephora was newer, was expecting it to be better but no. the woman working was leaning on the counter staring me and my boyfriend down while we looked at perfumes and makeup. the employee made me extremely uncomfortable. it was late as well and i understand being tired or groggy but girl you have a job to do. come ask if i’m finding everything okay or just say hello when i walk in the store instead of staring me down with a stank look on your face. this is why i prefer ulta better.
