    Very disappointed, the ladies that helped were very rude and talking about personal business very loudly while the store had multiple customers. They were very snarky and made me and my niece feel very uncomfortable. Both ladies on shift around 5 o clock were very very very impolite. It was my nieces birthday and I had some questions and got dirty looks and very rude comments made when I walked away. They were more focused on the personal business then to help out there customers. Watched me and my niece closely and stared at me the entire time making dirty looks and talking about us together. Very unprofessional and very rude. Do not recommend coming to this one.

    The ladies inside Sephora are rude and not very customer friendly. I guess this is why Ulta gets more traffic. Not a pleasant experience at all. Esp considering I brought in my birthday girl to shop and use her gift card there. But online it is. Didn’t ask if she needed help just sat at the counter and talked about Netflix. Won’t be back here and after today we won’t be apart of the membership either.

    Ever since Sephora went into Kohl's it's been a nightmare. Products are never in stock and testers either aren't available at all or are empty/disgusting. This location does have very friendly staff which I enjoy, but after going in 4 separate times for items that were all out of stock each visit (different items each time, too!) I'll stick to either ordering directly from Sephora or making the drive to Charlotte. Such a shame.

    Clean. Spacious. I can take my baby makeup shopping w/me. They carry Charlotte Tilburry makeup too!
