Unfortunately, my son’s haircut with Tracy was incredibly uncomfortable. Tracy asked me to check the haircut. I requested for her to blend/fade between the #1 and #2 guards behind the middle back of my son's head. Tracy responded by rolling her eyes and becoming visibly angry. The tension was so high that I ended up sitting back down just to give her space, yet the unprofessionalism continued at checkout. I was confused as to why she would call me to the chair to ask for my opinion just to get upset. She was curt during payment, and after I chose not to tip due her rudeness, she walked away without giving me my receipt. I stood there for what seemed to be the longest 30 seconds until I asked for it, I was ignored by both stylists until the second time I asked for my receipt. Tracy walked over and ripped the receipt and slapped it into my hand while rolling her eyes again not saying a word. I asked the other stylist if she was ok because she was being very rude. The stylist replied, "Well you got your receipt!" To make matters worse, my daughter overheard the stylists making comments about me as we walked out. While we love the other stylists here, Tracy’s lack of communication and hostile attitude were unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
