So yes its to late.. i said ok and walked away.. but as i said it was 6:55 and i dont have much hair it would have taken 5 to 10 mins and i would have tipped 5 to 10 dollars they could have taken me in locked the dore one could cut my hair and the other finish close up.. procedure... I was gonna pay in cash..i was there at 6:55 because the when i got off work..

They had snobby comments and such hateful attitudes! On top of the crappy service they messed my daughter's hair up completely and mine! Very choppy and uneven! Never again will I go to them!! If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
