Was still on screen of app when we pulled it up (yes correct location). But they had cleared it at the store. Checked us back in and said it would be 20 minutes, like that was going to be ok... This location of Great Clips is the worst, there's always a problem. Typically with check in. They manipulate the system for some reason. Today the display monitor is turned off when we come in and they won't show you the actual wait times. Last few times we come in they are clearing the people waiting while they are in the lobby, only leaving the online check ins in que. I'm betting they are graded for wait times or something and have decided to manipulate the system instead of providing good service. And the attitude in the shop matches this mentality. Then we asked for top to be shortened... And she simply doesn't do it, pitches an attitude and takes our son out of chair.. second pic is of the stylist while we are waiting for the manager to fix the hair cut. We 100% do not recommend this location.

When cut was finished and I was asked if ok I replied no. And showed stylist what needed to be done. She did it. We thanked her. Paid our bill and left a gratuity. I was appalled to get a phone call from manager this afternoon insulting me and my mother. Her tone was disrespectful and we will not be returning. Which is a shame . This manager needs customer relations training. I will share our experience with all our friends, family and community aquintances. That phone call was unnecessary and appalling
