- AGA Sprank (gucciManesPlainJane)Mar 19, 20261.0very unfriendly staff terrible haircut ahe didn't do anything close to what my client asked for and nor did she give a shit, no personality what so ever, no conversation very impersonal careless and I should've known by how unkempt her own hair and attire were that we went to the wrong place. my poor client left so unhappy and overcharged. will never go here again. I remembered my cousin amber after the fact sis hair was mobile and did shampoo scalp massage and hair style all for 35$ and that's who we will use everytime from now on
- DHDeidra HIcksMar 7, 20261.0this one was bad, we get our haircuts regularly at 2 other locations but we're in this part of town and my son had a prom that night. My 26 year old son went in and asked to get a haircut and a trim of his moustache and goatee but she shaved them off completely. My son is shy, was upset but did not tell her, and he still tipped her well because I have taught him to tip. So I did tell him after this horrible visit not to tip if they don't do a good job. I had to fix the haircut when we got home and we'll couldn't fix the facial hair but it's now mostly grown back in. But it messed up his prom that night.

I've had a few incidents of my haircut not being quite right here lately, but overall, I've had a great experience here. After 20 years, I can excuse a few mistakes. I would recommend this location to others for sure.

Despite never having been there before, Kathy not only cut my hair exactly as I like it with minimal direction from me, but also got me in and out of the chair in under 20 minutes. She told me she’s been cutting hair for 29 years, and her expertise definitely shows. She was also personable, kind, and had a calm, warm demeanor, which made me very relaxed throughout the experience. I’m so excited for my fresh cut and will definitely return to this location for future cuts—hopefully in Kathy’s chair!

When is Online Check-In available?
Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
