My other daughter has thick hair and the lady attempted long layers on her. No layer is the same, it looks chopped up with different lengths. Employees weren’t friendly to either of my daughters. The old saying, you get what you pay for, comes to mind. But for $20 I would expect the stylist to be able to give a simple trim.
