I have postpartum hair loss and came in for a brow lamination, wax, and tint wanting to feel beautiful and get a full brow look. I specifically let the tech know to please not take off more hair than absolutely needed - I’ve been trying to grow out my brow hair for years. After the lamination calmed down I’m left with thin, sparse brows that are not shaped. I have one brow with less hair and it looks like she may have tried to match the brow with less hair, which I asked her not to do. I’ve called the store and contacted ulta with no response. I have no idea how to get my natural brows back and can barely look at myself in the mirror. I’m devastated.
