The crew of regular stylists is consistent along with the quality. It's nice going in knowing I'll recognize them, they'll recognize me, they've all cut my hair multiple times, and I can always count on good results. I go in looking a bit rough and walk out feeling like a different person, a fresh one. What I like about Great Clips as a chain is the online check-in option which is super convenient and saves significant time. Another nice thing Great Clips has is records of your previous cuts and notes in their computer which greatly improves consistency, quality of service, and customer satisfaction. Great Clips is a good chain. This location has a good crew. Win/Win

I was warmly welcomed and got sat in a chair right away. 20 minutes later I had a near-perfect haircut, one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. I’ve gone to expensive salons, paid big bucks for haircuts that turned out awful. No more. I didn’t catch my hairdresser’s name tonight but I’ll go back in to find out and I will try to be a repeat client of hers. She took exactly what I said I wanted and made it happen. :)
