- SLSophia LeAug 28, 20251.0I asked for curtain bangs and the stylist only cut one side with bangs. I had to go home and call my retired stylist to coach me through cutting my own hair. It looks fabulous now but highly don’t recommend getting your hair done by the woman stylist that has black and blonde hair and pokemon pin on her apron. Adding a picture to show how she completely neglected the other half. She was rough when washing my hair and combing. I’ve never been sensitive to that stuff but that just shows how hard she was. I had to ask her how she was doing and tried engaging conversation when I sat because she didn’t. She honestly made me feel so uncomfortable with how she presented herself. Not very warm. I should’ve said I hated it and not paid but that’s not the person I am so I still left a tip and just corrected the many issues myself. I asked for face framing layers and did not receive any. Overall, this was a terrible experience and for how simple of a haircut it was, I’ll continue to just get it done at home or splurge for a stylist that cares and knows what they are doing.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
